emma van goor is an interdisciplinary artist, freelance curator and community organiser whose work focuses on identity, witchraft, women’s history, ritual and community. Her practice is ever-evolving and consists out of media such as photography, textile, ceramics video and writing, often combined to create worlds and installations.
With her practice she tries to emulate an experience similar to music: Embodied, present, ecstatic, like it wants to beat through you, sounds and lyrics guiding emotions, a lasting encounter of intense feeling.
